Suzanne and Florinda were the perfect team. Very responsive, professional, well organized and knowledgeable. All my emails were answered very fast during business hours. Every time I called my questions were answered as well. I went to 5 different companies and they were the cheapest in midland. There price for closing and their interest rate. We got .25 lower interest rate and they locked it in without a deposit. I was really surprised because to get that rate with the others I would of had to buy down interest points for like 2-3 thousand dollars. They worked together as a team and closed my on time.

I have financed two homes now with Matt. The first was actually my very first new home to ever finance, so I was a little nervous about the difficulty of it all going into the process. Matt immediately put those fears to rest and made me feel very comfortable with the process. He explained to me everything that was going to happen at each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing. You could not ask for a more professional and courteous person to help you with your financing. I will definitely be going back to Matt in the future with my home financing needs.

My Loan Officer helped me thru the whole process of buying my first home. I sent them countless emails with what I thought where silly question and they had no problems answering them and helping me stay ahead of the process the whole time.

Our Loan Officer at HNB helped us thru the whole process of buying our Big Spring home. They were friendly and positive getting us started in the process. They were greatly helpful and answered all our phone calls and emails question and he had no problems answering all of them and helping my wife and me stay ahead of the process the whole time. We had moved here and had to store our household items including our desk holding important information required for the loan processing. The entire staff were gracious in working with us with suggestions to obtain the needed documents without having to empty our storage to find our stored files. They are wonderful to work with and made this loan process so easy to complete. Kudos to HNB!

In the midst of the coronavirus, one good outcome was having the pleasure to work with Suzanne from HNB. Aside from competitive rates, HNB had exceptional customer service. We called a handful of lenders but HNB was the only one to get us the info we requested to move forward with the process asap. We called on a Friday and by Saturday we had and email with info. We immediately decided to do both our refinances on our personal and investment property based on their quick response and word to follow through. First impressions are always important and we're happy we chose a dependable lender. If you're looking for a lender we definitely recommend you choose HNB. You won’t regret it!

I was a first-time home buyer, relocating from another state, and knew very little about the home-buying process. I originally called another bank to help me with my loan, but was not getting timely responses, and the loan officer did not seem to have an interest in informing me the differences between all the different loan types. My realtor recommended HNB, so I gave them a call. Suzanne and her team were willing to break down differences of loans to me, replied almost immediately in all instances, as well as got me a way better deal on the loan itself. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.
